We have a range of fitness classes at Bushey Grove Leisure Centre with something to suit everyone. Whether you come along with others or meet new people at your favourite class every week, its great fun to work out in a group.
Whether you want a high energy HIIT class or a Pilates or Yoga class that helps focus the mind and body, we have a range of regular classes throughout the week suitable for you. All our classes are led by experienced instructors and are available from early morning to evening, so you can decide the best time for you to come and enjoy working out in a group environment.

Prama is an immersive and interactive group exercise concept where sound, lights, floors and walls come to life to motivate and guide you through a unique training experience. A circuit based group training session that combines functional movements and high-intensity interval training, providing a total body workout that tones your body and burns more calories.

- Gym floor abs class – every Tuesday at 6.00pm and 6.30pm
- Gym floor cardio class – every Monday at 10.15am, this 60 minute class uses a mix of bodyweight and cardio exercises
- HIIT cardio class – every Monday at 7.00am, this 30 minute cardio class focuses on cardio and bodyweight exercises
- HIIT 45 class – every Wednesday at 7.00pm, this high intensity class uses a mix of equipment and weights, bodyweight and cardio exercises

Immersive Cycling Studio
Our indoor group cycling studio brings Stages Flight, featuring immersive cycling classes, taking users on an individual cycling journey within a group environment enabling a full data and connected cycling experience in an immersed group studio setting.
Stages Flight makes it easy to reach and follow goals, based on metrics that Stages and heart rate sensors provide. Take part in a class and you can understand what power is and how you can use it to improve your fitness level.
Stages Flight invites indoor cyclists into a whole new world of exciting cycling experiences, challenges and competitions. The instructor can set up races, challenging cyclists to race against themselves, each other or time. Test your strength against any route imaginable, with Google Maps the route and position of each cyclist are visualised on the screen, allowing everyone to follow the rate and their individual performance creating a competitive and motivating environment.
There will be a great range of classes, seven days a week, to suit everyone, from the traditional indoor cycling classes to the new Stages Flight sessions. Stages Flight Virtual classes
New Stages Flight Virtual cycling classes allow you to test your strength against any route imaginable. Improve your fitness levels and test your strength with these immersive cycling classes. We have 12 new virtual classes available each week. Booking in advance is required.
