We have a range of fitness classes at Bushey Grove Leisure Centre with something to suit everyone. Whether you come along with others or meet new people at your favourite class every week, its great fun to work out in a group. Finish off with a relaxing visit to the sauna, steam room and spa pool.
Whether you want a high energy Insanity® class or a Pilates or Yoga class that helps focus the mind and body, we have a range of regular classes throughout the week suitable for you. All our classes are led by experienced instructors and are available from early morning to evening, so you can decide the best time for you to come and enjoy working out in a group environment.

Insanity Max 30
Our Insanity Max 30 classes are a cardio based full body workout, using interval training to help burn calories, strengthen and tone and build lean muscle. Classes are every Monday: 07.00 – 07.30am.
Body Conditioning is a low impact toning class, using a range of cardio and toning exercises to give you the ultimate full body workout. Classes are every Tuesday: 19.15pm, Wednesday: 09.30am and Friday: 10.30am.
