Indoor Sports

We have a large sports hall accommodating a range of activities including badminton, netball and basketball, plus 2 squash courts available for hire. Court bookings can be made in person, telephone or online.

Badminton

We have four badminton courts available for hire for 55-minute sessions. Badminton courts are available to book online.

Every Wednesday at 9.00 – 10.00pm

Table Tennis

Table tennis is available in the squash courts once a booking is made. Each booking is 45 minutes. We have two new tables now available!

Squash Courts

Squash is a great form of exercise, have fun while getting fit. We have 2 squash courts available 7 days a week. Bookings are 45 minutes. Our squash league also runs multi divisions for all standards. Squash develops agility, sharpens hand-eye coordination and increases flexibility.

Pickleball

A fun sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis. Using a paddle and a plastic ball with holes pickleball can be played as singles or doubles.

This new sport is suitable for all ages and abilities so come and join us for our instructor-led session, every Thursday from 10 January 2019 at 1.00pm – 2.00pm in the sports hall.

Sports Hall

We have a large sports hall accommodating a range of activities including Badminton, Football, Basketball, Volleyball and Netball.

The sports hall is available for individual and group bookings. Call our reception team on 01923 470140 for more information and bookings.

50+ Activities

Walking Football

Every Tuesday 10.30am – 12.30pm. Sessions take place on the Astroturf court and are only £2.00 per session. The first session is free for new joiners. This is a non-contact sport and a great way to exercise and stay active. Please wear appropriate footwear (trainers). No membership or advance booking required.

Badminton

We have four tables available to hire for 55-minute sessions, every Monday between 1.30 – 3.30pm. Term time only.

Stretch and Tone

Improves your overall fitness and helps mobility. Classes are every Tuesday – 9.30 – 10.25am, 1.00 – 1.55pm and Thursday at 9.15 – 10.10am.
