National Fitness Day returns to Bushey Grove on the 22nd September, helping to highlight the role that physical activity plays across our community.
During National Fitness Day you can:
- Play squash or tennis for FREE between 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Hire the Astro for FREE between 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Enjoy a FREE day pass and try the gym, enjoy a swim or try a fitness class
- Enjoy a FREE creche session between 9.30am – 12.30pm
