- If the appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to treatment, there will be no charge.
- 48 hours or less prior to treatment, 50% of full payment is required
- 24 hours or less before treatment, or no show 100% of full payment is required.
- For Spa packages, 48 hours notice before date of the package is required; otherwise, full payment is required.
- All courses are non-transferable and non-refundable. Courses are valid for 12 months, failure to use the entire courses in 12 months will result in loss of treatments. Pre-booking is essential. Bookings can only be made up to eight weeks in advance. The named therapist for the course may be subject to change.
