We will be filming in the centre all day on Friday 1st May, covering a number of areas including the gym, fitness classes, swimming pool, thermal spa, sports hall, reception and cafe areas.

NEW Prama Kids Classes

Our Prama classes have now returned to the centre, launching alongside our popular Prama Energy, Prama Strength and Prama Kids and Family classes are our NEW Prama Kids classes.

A fun and interactive class just for the kids to help motivate and stimulate whilst improving coordination, fitness, strength and mobility.
